How it’s calculated

Formula: ETA countdown = ETA date − today. Open value = sum of the invoice values of shipments not yet delivered or cleared. The status cards above show Total rows, Open rows (everything not arrived/cleared/delivered) and Shipped/In-Transit rows.
Example: An ETA of 5 days from now shows as a green “5d left” chip; the same shipment shows “Overdue 2d” two days after its ETA passes.
What it means: The register lives only in your browser (localStorage) — nothing is uploaded to any server. The ETA chip turns amber at ≤7 days and red when overdue, so you can chase the freight forwarder before a delay becomes a customer claim. Use the Export buttons to keep an Excel/CSV copy for your records.

Can I edit or delete a shipment?

Yes — use the pencil icon to load a shipment back into the form for editing, or the cross icon to delete it. The ETA countdown recalculates automatically after every change.

Is this connected to any carrier or ICEGATE?

No — this is a private planning register. For live shipping-bill status use your carrier portal or ICEGATE. This tool keeps your own records organised in one place.

Can I back up or restore my register?

Yes. Export the register to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV for a permanent copy, and use Import CSV / Excel to restore it later or merge records from another device. Rows with the same reference are updated, not duplicated.

Does it work for land customs stations like Petrapole?
